Whether you're looking for support for yourself, or for someone you care about, I understand that finding the right person can be a daunting task.

Whatever difficulties you, or your loved ones, are facing right now, I can provide a warm, safe space and the time you need to talk freely about what matters to you.

No two people are the same, you are the only person who understands exactly what life is like for you, but I will do my best to listen and see the world as you see it.
​
I currently offer support for adults, young people and children of all ages. I can provide sessions remotely, at a time to suit you, or face to face in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
